Climate change

At Silvretta-Bielerhöhe, our sustainability goals are incredibly important to us. Why? Quite simply: If we do not take immediate action against climate change, we can expect a significant rise in temperatures. This will mean fewer days of frost in winter, less snow and more extreme weather such as heavy precipitation and droughts. This will have an impact on how the wildlife and vegetation in our region develop – and, of course, on the way we will be able to spend our summer and winter holidays in the mountains in the future.

Climate-neutrality

It is up to all of us to make a joint contribution to the protection and preservation of the environment. At Silvretta-Bielerhöhe, we try to do this in a very targeted way by keeping greenhouse gas emissions as low as possible. Those areas in which we are unable to reduce emissions, we support climate projects via the turn to zero platform.

We also want to give you the chance to make your trip to Silvretta-Bielerhöhe climate-friendly and sustainable. Find out about your options and spend your time in the mountains in harmony with nature! One thing’s for sure:

The environment will thank you for it!
